Stayed in a Luxury One-Bedroom King Suite. It had a comfortable king bed, a kitchenette for snacks, and a clean bathroom with a shower and a separate soaking tub. The fitness center was great for keeping up my workout schedule. Enjoyed delicious breakfasts with plenty of fresh options, and staff was super helpful.

Relatively small sized hotel, easy to access, good location, nice staff

No buffet for breakfast, a-la-carte options too expensive. Internet not for free, which is a nuisance nowadays, this hotel level should provide it for free to guests.

Overall a positive experience, we will be back.

Nice rooms, very well situated, beautiful views. Staff at front desk and concierge very friendly and helpful.

We had some issues with the room service staff, as well as the housekeeper who cleaned our room.

The hotel was nice, cool design , nice room.. Bathroom was spacious and nice. Nice location.. Close to Chicago Theater , amc Cinema, Money Museum, Water Tower..

Internet in the room : costs 11.15 usd for 24h...! Breakfast at State Lake Café was waay too expensive.. Was the room service...!
